Hello Jumblies,
So many of us spend a lot of time resting or sleeping, I thought a few blogs on the subject would be good.
Input needed, please. Anything that helps you sleep better, wake more refreshed, have less pain?

  1. Give up caffeine!
    Life will be awful for about a month but it will so be worth it!

    Ps- I still eat chocolate so feel free to bring me some!

    I also try to not sleep for a long time in the day as I find this gives a better night sleep.

    Also try to create a calming clutter free bedroom which is at a nice temperature for you.
