I was listening to a lady today who says if she ticks 20-30 things off her list a day, she feels good.
Somewhat different for us! But we can still set goals and have a sense of achievement. Depending on your level of energy in any given day, ticking 2-3 things off the list is great.
One of the (seemingly insubstantial) things I try to do each day is to wipe the taps, basin and window ledge in the bathroom. Not exactly world changing, but it makes me feel more in control of my little corner.
